How do I create an account?

Tap "Sign In" in the top-right corner. You can sign up with your email and a password. First-time users are guided through a profile setup where you enter your name, skill level, and city.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the Sign In screen, tap "Forgot password?" Enter your email address and tap "Send Reset Link." Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset email from Firebase. Click the link to set a new password.
Why aren't nearby courts showing in the right order?

Courts are sorted by distance, which requires location access. Make sure you've granted location permission to PickleConnect in your device settings. On iOS, go to Settings → PickleConnect → Location → "While Using the App."
How do I stop receiving notifications?

Tap your profile avatar → Notification Settings. You can disable all notifications with the master toggle, or turn off specific types individually. You can also set quiet hours to pause non-urgent notifications overnight.
How do I check in at a court?

Go to Courts → tap a court → tap "CHECK IN." Enter your name, select your skill level and how long you plan to play. Choose "Playing Now" to appear as on-site, or "Later" to set an arrival time. If you're physically near a court, the app may prompt you to check in automatically.
Can other players see my email?

No. Other players only see your display name, skill level, city, and any optional profile details you provide. Your email address is never shown to other users.
How do I delete my account?

Tap your profile avatar → Delete Account. Type "DELETE" to confirm. This permanently removes your profile, posts, game history, messages, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
How do I add a new court?

Go to Courts → tap "+ Add Court." Enter the court name, address, number of courts, and optional amenities. The court's GPS coordinates are automatically looked up from the address. Any registered player can add courts.

PickleConnect works on any modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop and mobile. A native iOS app is available via the App Store. An Android app is coming soon.
